The EMD Cinema project in Walthamstow, London, involved the renovation of a historic entertainment venue, spread across six floors and an auditorium. Under a £1.5 million traditional contract with Willmott Dixon, the scope of works focused on drylining and suspended ceilings, critical for the building’s structural and acoustic performance.
