We completed a prestigious project at the Microsoft Cambridge Science Park, delivering a high-end fit-out across three floors. Working closely with ISG, this £1.4 million project encompassed the creation of state-of-the-art office spaces and the construction of advanced laboratories with controlled environments.

Design & Build Leadership

Under the Design & Build contract, our team played a pivotal role in designing the laboratory spaces to meet Microsoft’s specific requirements. We were instrumental in setting out services and installing specialist ceilings that ensured the controlled environments necessary for the laboratories’ functionality. This tailored approach helped us deliver a project that aligned perfectly with Microsoft’s operational needs.

BIM Integration

The project benefitted from our expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM), which facilitated precise planning and flawless execution. Our use of BIM ensured that the complex requirements of the laboratories and office spaces were met efficiently, allowing for smooth coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Sustainability Achievement

In line with our commitment to sustainability, this project received high BREEAM scores, reflecting our focus on environmentally responsible practices.
