We successfully completed a high-profile project at 22 Bishopsgate, delivering fit-out services for floors 33, 34, and 35 for a private client, in collaboration with ISG. This £1.8 million project involved a comprehensive scope of works, including drylining, suspended ceilings, and firestopping, all executed under a Design & Build contract.

Design & Build Leadership

Our team took the lead on the design aspect of the project, specifically focusing on the Reflective Ceiling Plans (RCPs). This leadership role allowed us to ensure that the design was not only innovative but also practical, aligning perfectly with the client’s vision and the project’s overall objectives.

BIM Integration

A key component of our success on this project was the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM). Our expertise in BIM ensured seamless coordination, accurate planning, and efficient execution, leading to a smooth project delivery.
